Aeronautical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a Propulsion Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting flight test activities and developing innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish test plans and flight test cards
Determine and communicate aircraft test requirements and configuration to responsible engineering, maintenance, instrumentation, and flight operations personnel
Comply with published test safety plans and standard operating procedures
Conduct test missions and perform test mission briefings and debriefings
Evaluate results from flight activities and incorporate 'lessons learned' into future test activities

Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, science, or technology discipline
Experience in working with technical teams
Developmental flight test experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Work Schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
