Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The Sahlman Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business in your sales territory, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
