Job Overview:

  • Act as a vital contributor within the commercial division, aligning legal strategies with business goals while mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with business units to draft, assess, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
  • Engage with specialists in compliance, finance, and other relevant fields.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at the continuous enhancement of legal workflows and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a recognized US law institution.
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
  • Proven expertise in commercial transactions, intellectual property issues, and international projects.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and mentorship.
  • Capacity to make independent, informed decisions confidently.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire for personal growth.

What JFrog Provides:

  • Attractive salary range: $170,000 to $228,000, commensurate with experience and location.
  • Equity options including RSUs and eligibility for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Flexible work arrangement: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
