About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Your Impact
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with Canon-supported products.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient and responsive service.
  • Properly maintain all technical information and Canon property assigned.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class are also required.

The successful candidate will be able to travel, have a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. They will also be able to work in a 24/7 environment, perform shift work, and be on-call rotations. Additionally, they will be required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
