Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavior Analyst to join our team at WCI. As a Clinical Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing clinical supports to individuals in our residential and day/employment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs) to address behavioral needs
  • Provide clinical training and support to direct support professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services
  • Communicate regularly with families, guardians, and caregivers to ensure consistency of behavioral programming
  • Participate in ISP meetings to discuss data and implementation of behavior plans
  • Develop and implement data collection and fidelity checks for individuals with behavior plans
  • Ensure compliance with all WCI policies, DDS, and federal regulations related to behavior plans
Requirements
  • Masters degree in ABA or a related field preferred
  • BCBA, BCaBA, or eligible
  • 1-year experience working in human services
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly graphing in Microsoft Excel
