About the Role

At Constant Contact, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in developing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and assisting with long-range planning. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us make informed business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate variances between actuals and forecast to identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Reconcile operating expenditure details with month-end close for multi-brand P&Ls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support resource planning efforts, ensuring financial resources are aligned with business needs and priorities.
  • Analyze cost trends and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and procurement to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing timely and accurate financial reporting, and prepare detailed analyses to guide decision-making and ensure financial transparency.
  • Develop and maintain processes that create greater efficiencies and improve productivity.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience.
  • Experience working with financial planning systems (Board, Hyperion, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with a SAAS company highly preferred.
  • Tenacious, determined self-starter ruthless in seeking incremental and transformational value.
  • Strong sense of pride and ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Team player willing to pitch in for the greater good.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
