Key Responsibilities
  • Project Inspection and Documentation: Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with project requirements and company safety guidelines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the field level, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including inspector's daily reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Materials Testing: Perform materials testing, including concrete testing and density testing, to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Project Meetings and Communication: Conduct project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in construction project management, inspection, and documentation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: EIT certification preferred.
