Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Clark Construction Company. As a key member of our Marketing and Business Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring they accurately reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Ensure conformity to Clark's brand and standards of quality in proposals and presentations.
  • Transform complex data into engaging visual aids, making it easier for clients and management to understand.
  • Maintain project data, generate insightful reports, and support the creation of resumes, project profiles, and lists.
  • Keep our marketing CRM up-to-date to support developing resumes, project profiles, and project lists.
  • Help organize internal events, from the annual meeting to company picnics and holiday parties.
  • Assist with client-oriented special events, providing promotional items as needed.
  • Be the go-to person for sending marketing support materials, including letters, packages, and brochures.
  • Coordinate Clark's participation in trade shows and promotional events, managing materials and promotional items.
  • Provide crucial administrative support to the company while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in graphic design, content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • The ability to understand competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in gathering and translating data into meaningful reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A creative mindset paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
