About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement to advance efficiency, cost savings, and consistency within the market.

As a key member of our process engineering group, you will support the building of business cases for process improvement projects, author and review technical documents, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented group of engineers, scientists, and other colleagues to oversee the process engineering function associated with mammalian biologic processes, mRNA, and other new modality manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your problem-solving skills, change management methodologies, and technical expertise to drive process improvements and contribute to the success of our organization.
