Program Overview

This rotational program offers talented marketing professionals the opportunity to engage in various aspects of the business, interact with management, and develop innovative solutions to real business challenges. The program encompasses two separate rotations, each lasting approximately 12-18 months in team roles. Upon completion, participants are expected to take on independent responsibility within a specific Marketing Discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist marketing departments with the creation and execution of marketing materials and plans.
  • Support senior leadership with analytics and event coordination.
  • Drive company initiatives through cross-functional projects.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working towards a Bachelor's degree, and will obtain degree by July 2025.
  • Required to travel up to 25% during the course of business.
  • Basic MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of professional communications, marketing, or sales experience.
  • Intermediate MS Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic syndicated data systems.
