Lauderdale BMW Service Center is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Service Order Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes and organizes repair orders
  • Verifies accurate labor times, operations, parts, and pricing for each service
  • Communicates corrected amounts to management to ensure accurate billing
  • Acts as a liaison among the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts staff, and Technicians
  • Digitally archives and manages repair orders
  • Generates and manages purchase orders for external vendors

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
