Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for patients with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise personalized care plans with tailored goals and programming to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of patients to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Develop and monitor data collection to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.
  • Deliver parent training to empower families with the knowledge and skills needed to support their child's growth and development.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify and address challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate team meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Ensure treatment integrity by upholding regular checks and adhering to relevant CPT codes.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • Experience in the field of ABA, with experience as an RBT counting towards newly certified BCBAs.
  • Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
