Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a virtual role, providing speech therapy services to elementary students with autism and other disabilities.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders is required.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connectivity are essential.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40-$55 per hour, consistent across direct and indirect hours.

Responsibilities

As an SLP in this virtual role, you will:

  3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and goals.
  4. Develop and implement effective therapy programs to improve students' communication skills.
