Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Purchasing and Inventory: Purchase all food and supplies, and oversee their use to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting and seating guests, resolving complaints, and promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Perform daily inspections and periodic audits to ensure the safety and efficiency of equipment, and address any engineering problems that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Administer payroll, maintain records of sales and cash receipts, and provide regular, accurate reports to management.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certification: Hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience required, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication and time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
