Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Assembler who will play a vital role in a production team dedicated to manufacturing and assembling complete refrigeration cases or partial sub-assemblies, including tanks, canopies, base frames, hardware kits, plenums, and other assigned components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand assembly orders.
- Assemble component parts into completed subassemblies, assemblies, or finished units, adhering to work orders and standard instructions.
- Conduct inspections of parts or completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, and other inspection tools.
- Perform end-of-line product checks and necessary repairs.
- Utilize rulers, tape measures, metal squares, and other measuring instruments accurately.
- Secure parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners with hand or power tools.
- Communicate effectively with assemblers, leads, and supervisors regarding changes to ensure product specifications are met.
- Adapt to various workstations as production demands shift.
- Suggest improvements for inline and subsequent checks to enhance first-pass yield.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in production assembly.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Familiarity with 6S methodology.
- Capability to read and comprehend job specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Willingness to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, or kneeling for extended periods.
