We are actively seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician for our South Chesterfield, VA location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the assembly of mechanical components as per provided instructions.
  • Assemble diverse conveyor systems as directed.
  • Uphold all 5S standards consistently.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a mechanical setting. A combination of relevant experience and education will also be considered.

Essential skills include:

  • Basic proficiency in interpreting mechanical schematics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience in the field of industrial automation is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Proven ability to follow directives, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High awareness of client satisfaction and needs.

Candidates must be capable of thriving under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate efficiently with others.
