Position Overview:


The firm is looking for a Corporate Associate to support its Corporate practice group, which advises both publicly traded and privately held companies on a wide range of business issues, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A. A strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business concepts are highly desirable.

This role will involve the review, drafting, and negotiation of principal and ancillary agreements related to supply, purchase, service, transportation, and other commercial transactions.

The selected candidate will engage in a diverse array of corporate and commercial initiatives, maintaining extensive client interactions and providing practical legal counsel.
