Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment programs for patients with moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, licensed in Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, such as CBT and neuropsychological assessments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
