Job Title: Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality home health care to our clients in the Burlington, Massachusetts area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
  • Document all client interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • One year of recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN.
  • Previous home health experience is preferred.
