We are seeking a highly skilled Telepharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as a keyholder and protecting the integrity of all pharmacy products.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, and ensure that the right medication is in stock at the right time for the right patients.
- Receive and act upon all operational communications, including completion of required tasks and activities.
- Improve total store service foundations by executing outstanding performance, especially in areas of customer service and patient care.
- Serve as a peer mentor for the onboarding, training, and development of new hires in the Telepharmacy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
- State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
- Experience in Inventory Specialist Role.
