Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team at Elements Connect. As an IT Intern, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the development of our innovative SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals, installing, configuring, and updating software applications as needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components, collaborating with senior IT staff to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic IT processes and best practices, creating user-friendly documentation and guides to facilitate self-help for common issues.
  • Log and track support incidents, escalating issues when necessary, and prioritize and manage multiple support tickets to meet service level agreements.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to safeguard company data, educating users on security best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, networks, and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) a plus.
