- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and move around the sales floor as needed.
- Competitive Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
