Responsibilities:
Administers security operations, including electronic monitoring and systematic patrols by Security Officers. Coordinates facility responses to various potential issues affecting patients, staff, and visitors. Enforces policies and procedures, ensuring fair application across the board.

Develops guidelines and ongoing monitoring strategies to create a secure workplace for employees and a safe care environment.

Collaborates with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and safety. Engages in employee training and awareness initiatives. Manages hospital Parking Policy and Lost and Found procedures. Driving may be required for organizational purposes.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Prior experience in healthcare security or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
