We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Kurz Transfer Products LP. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Transport materials between storage and finishing machines, receiving deliveries, and managing inventory through our warehouse system.
- Safely operate pin lifts and forklifts to maneuver materials, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Locate and store materials from deliveries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts to verify stock levels and reinforce material traceability.
- Collaborate with finishing schedulers and machine operators to maintain efficient production workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our warehouse.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in material handling or a related field.
- Forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using a portable scanner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
