WestRock is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our corrugated production team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely production of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement process improvements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to plant employees
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the corrugated industry
- Proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
