Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Prepare and assemble orders to exacting standards, educating guests about our menu and customizing for their preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized serving line, dining room, and restrooms, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency, restocking stations as needed.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, delivering a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest.
  • Assist with deliveries, cross-train across the restaurant, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
  • Bend and reach overhead frequently, possessing dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment.
  • Work in temperatures ranging from hot to cold, comfortable working near open flames.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple people, maintaining near constant interaction.
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision required, with occasional sitting, squatting, and kneeling.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, occasionally working in outdoor weather conditions.
