Job Summary

KSA Engineers Inc is seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our Aviation Practice Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, and airfield lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering and design services for airport infrastructure projects, including new runway and taxiway design, existing paving improvements, and expansions.
  • Prepare airport design plans, including plan and profiles, grading and drainage, markings, NAVAIDS, lighting, and related design elements.
  • Estimate engineering fee budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, project engineers, and design/drafting technical staff to ensure project compliance with all KSA practices and quality, safety, and governmental design standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University.
  • Passed F.E. exam.
  • E.I.T. certification preferred.
  • Familiar with MS Office Software (TEAMS, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications
  • AutoCAD and Civil3D experience and/or working knowledge of design software.
  • Responsiveness and results-oriented.
  • Continuous, self-motivated learner.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
