Gaucho Chef

Our Gaucho team members typically earn an average of $27 per hour, inclusive of hourly wages and tips.

In this position, you will:
  • Prepare and cook premium cuts of beef and various meats following traditional Brazilian "churrasco" techniques.
  • Season and grill dishes in accordance with established methods and guests' specific preferences.
  • Portion, garnish, and serve to patrons in the authentic style of a Brazilian "gaucho."
  • Address guests' inquiries regarding "churrasco" cuisine and embody the spirit and culture of Brazilian gauchos.
  • Ensure the grill area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Complete all opening and closing shift responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

  • Knife skills (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Front of House restaurant operations
