Job Overview

Willory, LLC seeks an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the company's group benefits plans with a focus on customer service and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive employee benefit programs to ensure seamless delivery and administration
  • Leverage HRIS to identify opportunities for process improvements in benefits management
  • Lead RFP processes to consolidate vendors/carriers and implement streamlined benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA
  • Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and carriers to optimize benefits offerings
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and SOPs as needed
  • Prioritize process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits management
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a related field
  • Degree in a relevant field (optional)
  • Proven knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws
  • Vendor management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
