About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional individual to join our multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, dedicated to delivering high-quality care that addresses the physical, mental, and social well-being of each patient. This 'Quality vs. Quantity Model' enables our clinicians to focus on providing personalized attention to a patient panel primarily consisting of geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage.

- Our unique model allows for 14 to 16 patients per day, providing ample time for quality interactions and assessments.

This role offers a base salary plus annual quality incentives with a target of $143,000, making it an attractive option for experienced professionals. Additional benefits include:

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:
- Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
- Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population
