Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Grants and Program Evaluation to oversee the operational aspects of our domestic violence and sexual assault programs in Dauphin and Perry Counties. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with standards, collecting and evaluating data to monitor key performance indicators, and preparing program reports.

The YWCA Greater Harrisburg is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our Violence Intervention & Prevention Department provides comprehensive services, advocacy, and a compassionate environment where survivors feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and compliant service delivery aligned with organizational goals and funding standards.
- Oversee systems to capture relevant program data, ensuring they are effective and accurate; Work with program teams to ensure timely and complete data collection, providing training and support as needed;
- Conduct regular analysis of program data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making;
- Create frameworks and tools to evaluate program outcomes and impact, aligning with organizational and funder objectives;
- Track and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success, identify areas for improvement, and guide strategic adjustments;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights;
- Compile and present data in clear, accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership, federal and state funding organizations, and private foundations;
- Oversee data reporting to fulfill grant requirements, adhering to deadlines and specific data standards set by funders;
- Manage department budget and resource allocation for programs, ensuring compliance with grant requirements;
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for trauma-informed care;
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred);
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in program operations, preferably in a nonprofit or social/human services setting;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities;
- Exceptional analytical and evaluation skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing clear, compelling program narratives and professional reports;
- Proficient in standard office software with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various reporting and case management systems;
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and prior experience working with crime victims a plus;
