Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Records and Compliance Officer to join our team at Information Network Associates, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Search and retrieve public records from various repositories.
  • Coordinate process service programs and provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyze requirements for licensing in various states.
  • Retrieve and serve subpoenas, create affidavit of service, and invoice for client.
  • Perform complex administrative functions, including developing meeting minutes, written correspondence, and department forms.
  • Review and analyze forms, correspondence, and records to determine completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide support to clients and customers as primary point of contact.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in records collection preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance with access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
