Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Conduct Flight Line Operations: Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operate Ground Support Equipment: Safely operate ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other vehicles, to support aircraft operations.
  • Perform Aircraft Services: Provide a range of aircraft services, including fueling, de-icing, and lavatory services, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of ground support services.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license, with a commercial driver's license (CDL) required in some locations.
  • Ability to Pass Background Checks: Pass background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Schedules: Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Aviation or Customer Service: Possess experience in aviation or customer service, with a minimum of three to six months of experience preferred.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
