Responsibilities:
Under guidance, conducts GMP assessments and evaluates test outcomes.
Maintains laboratory apparatus, replenishes laboratory materials, and resolves issues.
Executes Biacore, ELISA, and cell-based evaluations.
Cultivates mammalian cell lines.
Ensures adherence to testing schedules.
Follows established standard operating procedures (SOP) meticulously.
Accurately records work in a thorough and consistent manner.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of laboratory or industry experience required.
Clear and legible handwriting is essential.
Experience in a GMP setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ELISA techniques and mammalian cell handling is preferred.
Able to learn quickly with a positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new skills.
Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrates keen attention to detail and a focus on execution precision.
Possesses effective organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
