Key Responsibilities
- Conducts GMP testing and evaluates test outcomes under supervision.
- Maintains laboratory instruments, replenishes laboratory materials, and resolves issues.
- Executes Biacore, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
- Cultivates mammalian cell lines.
- Ensures adherence to testing schedules.
- Follows established standard operating procedures (SOP) meticulously.
- Documents work accurately and consistently.
- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or industry setting.
- Clear and legible handwriting is essential.
- Experience in a GMP setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ELISA and mammalian cell handling is preferred.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates keen attention to detail and a focus on execution accuracy.
- Possesses good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or Life Sciences is preferred.
