Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical programs
- Active licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Masters degree in a mental health discipline
- At least 2 years of post-license experience
- Experience with team-based care and motivational interviewing
- Knowledge of and experience with various screening tools
