The Coordinator, Facilities Support Center is a key position within the St. Louis Community College, responsible for coordinating the maintenance and HVAC operations on campus. This role requires a strong administrator with excellent communication skills to manage the facilities help desk, maintain the facilities management software, and develop applications to track maintenance and HVAC needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the Facilities Support Center help desk, responding to customer needs and dispatching, logging, and tracking all problems using the district-wide facilities help desk tracking system.
- Maintain the facilities management software and design, develop, and maintain the facilities management website.
- Utilize programming tools to develop, enhance, and maintain applications of the databases, making adjustments as needed to generate facilities-related reports.
- Create publications and/or presentations to train and educate staff/faculty on the utilization of this system to maintain their maintenance and HVAC needs.
- Coordinate informational exchange with accounting to ensure adequate chargeback to departments.
- Maintain district-wide construction/renovation database for reports and compile data for historical and presentational purposes.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in a related field with - 5 years of experience.
