Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process drink orders from patrons and staff.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
  • Ensure all garnishes and ingredients are ready prior to service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Display beverages and glassware attractively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to remain composed in challenging situations with patrons.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale software.
Education and Experience:
  • Completion of relevant training in mixology or bartending.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while preparing drinks.
  • Capacity to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Must meet the legal drinking age requirement.
