Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children to grow and develop at their own pace.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Support the success of our learning center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and assume postures that allow physical and visual contact with children.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
