We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Program Assistant to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. in Baltimore, MD.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of chores are completed by residents in a satisfactory and timely manner.
- Assure that bathrooms have sufficient personal supplies on a daily basis.
- Ensure the safety of the shelter on a daily basis and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Assume responsibility for observing when maintenance supplies need re-ordering and inform the Sr. Shift Supervisor accordingly.
- Ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere throughout the program.
- Complete Resident behavior/incident reports when necessary.
- Patrol the facility to ensure the safety of the facility and its inhabitants during each shift.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of six (6) months in the human service or customer service field.
- Experience with homeless population.
- Establish a relationship with a leading referral agency for behavioral health.
- Compensated weekly.
- Flexibility to choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.
- Ability to grow professionally.
- Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
