Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Program Assistant to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. in Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of chores are completed by residents in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Assure that bathrooms have sufficient personal supplies on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the safety of the shelter on a daily basis and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Assume responsibility for observing when maintenance supplies need re-ordering and inform the Sr. Shift Supervisor accordingly.
  • Ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere throughout the program.
  • Complete Resident behavior/incident reports when necessary.
  • Patrol the facility to ensure the safety of the facility and its inhabitants during each shift.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Minimum of six (6) months in the human service or customer service field.
  • Experience with homeless population.
