Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with the Banquet Chef to design and develop banquet menus tailored to client preferences, dietary needs, and event themes.


Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for banquet events, guaranteeing top-notch quality, flavor, and compliance with established standards.

Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all food-related workspaces and equipment.

Review and organize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), assist with product ordering, and prepare lists for hourly team members.


Work closely with the banquet manager and other relevant personnel to synchronize the timing of food service with the overall event schedule.


Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining high food quality standards.

Manage inventory levels, monitor usage, and order supplies as necessary to avoid shortages and minimize waste.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Fine Dining environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with co-workers and management.

Must demonstrate cleanliness, organization, delegation skills, and possess a robust work ethic and sense of urgency.
