Job Title: Cook III

Job Summary:

The Little Nell, a renowned Five-Star, Five-Diamond ski-in/ski-out hotel, seeks an experienced Cook III to join its culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain your assigned station to the Chef's specifications
Prepare hot and cold foods according to the Chef's instructions and for catered events as required
Ensure proper storage of mise en place at the end of each shift
Submit production needs for the following day by the end of each shift
Demonstrate advanced sauce knowledge and proficiency in sauté, grill, and roasting stations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of food preparation experience
Culinary degree or equivalent

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Regularly work in wet, hot, and humid conditions
Must be able to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
