Financial Operations Coordinator

- Process invoices for payment, verify vendor information, and ensure accurate general ledger account coding.
- Research and provide solutions to internal clients and vendors regarding accounts payable-related inquiries.
- Generate payments to vendors on a routine schedule and match checks with backup documentation for review by the financial manager.
- Maintain accurate files and records, inspecting paid and unpaid invoices, and handling cleared payment inquiries and check voiding.
- Monitor account balances, track expenses, and prepare analyses of accounts to produce monthly financial reports.
With a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate for this position will have experience in AR/AP and general ledger management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems.
