Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to cashiers and team trainers to ensure great guest service and awareness.
  • Assist with training of team members and inform guests of LTOs and menu changes.
  • Take guest orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and work with kitchen staff to meet special requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place in the service area, dining room, and restrooms.
  • Monitor and observe guest dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service.
Requirements:
  • One year of restaurant experience, preferably in team management or supervision.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and maintain a safe working environment.
