Your Role as a Hospice Care Consultant

This position will focus on serving patients in Oakland and Wayne counties. As a critical member of our care team, you will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by:

  • Increasing access to hospice and palliative care
  • Initiating the process to help patients and families start hospice services
  • Educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of hospice care
  • Ensuring patients receive the care and support they need to live with comfort, dignity, and quality of life
  • Building positive relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
  • Coordinating public education and community outreach efforts
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in customer relationship management and account management in the healthcare industry
  • Strong clinical knowledge and selling skills
  • A professional presence that influences desired results with stakeholders
  • A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
