Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods in accordance with the established menu.
  • Compile daily reports to verify financial transactions.
  • Understand the components of a complete meal.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items in a sanitary manner.
  • Serve meals following departmental guidelines and schedules.
  • Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment, particularly knives.
  • Prepare a variety of food items and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Enhance presentation with appropriate garnishments to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances and storage areas.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations regarding sanitation and food handling.
  • Follow the uniform policy as established.
  • Engage with the kitchen manager daily to accurately prepare the menu.
  • Monitor food temperature compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform cleaning duties including scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing equipment.
  • Keep waste disposal areas and kitchen floors clean and orderly.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned, which may include various kitchen responsibilities.
  • This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
Qualifications:
  • Food Service Certification as required.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must successfully pass a background check within a seven-year timeframe.
