Advanced Practice Nurse

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our team at Providence Saint Peter Hospital. As an LTAC specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care to patients requiring extended hospital stays. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care, tailoring interventions to meet individual patient needs

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and share expertise to enhance patient experiences
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Washington State
- Experience in long-term acute care or similar settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning
