We are seeking a talented RN to join our team as a Nurse Career Advancement Specialist in the Progress Care Unit at Providence St. Peter Hospital.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with variable shifts available. The successful candidate will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible external candidates.
