Position Summary:

We are looking for a committed and meticulous Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries from patients about their medical equipment orders.
  • Conducting insurance eligibility checks.
  • Documenting call details in our database.
  • Monitoring daily order reports.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of patient details, prescription information, and shipping data.
  • Cross-verifying information between various systems.
  • Utilizing Excel for report generation, including sorting and filtering data.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in telephone-based customer service.
  • Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
  • At least 2 months of data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel for managing spreadsheets and data analysis.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
