Key Responsibilities
  • Pest Control - Conduct thorough inspections to determine the source of pest activity, select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence, and perform pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
  • Customer Experience - Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits, listen to customer needs, and offer solutions to pest issues.
  • Continuous Learning - Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry through provided, paid training, and participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay range: $15.58 - $21.83 / hour.
  • Opportunity to earn additional monetary compensation including overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay.
  • Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
